I am very much liking Arrow this season. "The Candidate" opened with a new team. I believe Laurel's plan was not one of the best plans but love to see a happier Oliver and CEO Felicity together.
The season is shaping up to be loads better than the last. They struggled with the whole Ra's al Ghul - Oliver feud, it just wasn't very good. Malcom hasn't been in the first 2 episodes, but with the ending, probably the next one.
