PLOT:
Nine months after the S.T.A.R. Labs explosion, Barry awakens to find a lot has changed while he was in a coma. With his new friends and powers Barry must try to right the wrongs of his new mentor, the owner of S.T.A.R. Labs.
As a childhood DC fan, this series definitely lived up to my expectations and even surpassed them. Before you watch this, I would advise you to have at least a basic understanding about Flash (check out his Wiki page) as it will help you understand it more and enhance your enjoyment.
I watched this because my parents and brother are in love with the show. After the first episode I can see why! This episode was so good and i'm looking forward to seeing more!
The world seems to be inundated with superhero movies and TV shows at them moment, especially Marvel and DC ones, and in my opinion they are getting a little old. That said however, this was an interesting opening episode, Grant Gustin is very convincing as the fledgeling hero just discovering his powers, and the introduction of the Mother story arc was effective. Definitely worth continuing.
Man, I was really hyped up about this show because Flash is an interesting super hero to me. Many of my friends suggested me to watch the show when it came out and boy am I glad I took their advice. The introduction episode was very neat and I enjoyed it!
this episode was a real downer, dealt like if it moved too slowly, Can't wait to watch the rest of the seasons. glad that their staying true to the comic book (It looks so) and not just making up their own story.
I watched The Flash that was on in the 90s. The guy who played The Flash on that series plays Barry's father on this one. I think this show is a little better though possibly because special effects have come a long way since then.
